For years, Michael Estok and Jeff Young represented physicians, hospitals, healthcare organizations, and nursing homes in complex medical negligence litigation. That work provided first-hand experience inside the legal and medical systems surrounding high-stakes claims.

Michael Estok is a respected trial and appellate attorney with extensive experience handling medical negligence, nursing home negligence, employment discrimination, and civil rights cases throughout Oregon and Washington.
Before co-founding Estok-Young, Michael represented physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare organizations in complex litigation and appeals. He now represents injured patients, families, and employees with strategic insight, disciplined preparation, and extensive courtroom experience.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law and is licensed in Oregon and Washington.

Jeff Young is an accomplished trial attorney with nearly two decades of experience handling complex medical negligence and civil litigation throughout Oregon and Washington.
Before co-founding Estok-Young, Jeff represented physicians, hospitals, health systems, and insurance companies in high-stakes malpractice litigation.
Today, he represents injured people and families in serious medical negligence and catastrophic injury cases with thoughtful strategy, meticulous preparation, and extensive trial experience.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law and is licensed in Oregon and Washington.
