For years, Michael Estok and Jeff Young represented physicians, hospitals, healthcare organizations, and nursing homes in complex medical negligence litigation. That work provided first-hand experience inside the legal and medical systems surrounding high-stakes claims.

Before co-founding Estok Young, Michael represented physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare organizations in high-stakes malpractice and employment matters. Today, he represents injured people and families in serious medical negligence and catastrophic injury cases with strategic insight, disciplined preparation, and proven trial experience.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law and is licensed in Oregon and Washington.

Before co-founding Estok Young, Jeff represented physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, health systems, and insurance companies in malpractice and employment matters. Today, he represents injured people and families in serious medical negligence and catastrophic injury cases with thoughtful strategy and extensive courtroom experience.
